1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by FastPages.com.au (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Faith Computing Pty Ltd. By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Website Design Packages

We offer three website design packages, each delivering a professional, mobile-responsive WordPress website built with Elementor Pro:

Fast Page — $990 + GST A simple, single-page website. Includes WordPress and Elementor Pro installation, a custom starter design template, two rounds of revisions, and mobile-responsive design. This package is ideal for hands-on business owners who want a straightforward online presence.

Fast Build — $1,650 + GST A multi-page website (up to five pages, expandable). Includes custom Elementor Pro design, two rounds of revisions, mobile-friendly and SEO-ready build. You provide your own branding and content. This package suits most small businesses looking for a professional site without writing from scratch.

Fast Launch — $3,850 + GST A complete done-for-you website. Includes everything in Fast Build, plus professional content planning and copywriting. You simply answer a few questions and we handle the rest, through to a full handoff with a revision round. This package is for busy business owners who want a hands-off experience.

3. Web Hosting

Our managed WordPress hosting is provided on Australian servers for fast load times and reliable uptime. Hosting plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contracts. You may cancel your hosting at any time.

Current hosting plans, inclusions, and pricing are listed on our Web Hosting page. All hosting prices are quoted exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. VIP Care Plan

Our optional VIP Care Plan provides ongoing website maintenance, updates, and priority support. Details and pricing for the VIP Care Plan are available on our website.

5. Support Services

We offer support through ticket requests and live Zoom calls. Support is available to all clients regardless of their package. Specific support options and any associated fees are outlined on our Support page.

6. No Lock-In Contracts

All hosting and ongoing service plans operate on a month-to-month basis unless you choose to prepay for a longer period. You are free to cancel at any time. You own your website and its content at all times.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during signup and throughout any design process.
• Supply content, branding materials, and feedback in a timely manner where your chosen package requires it (Fast Page and Fast Build).
• Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.
• Maintain your own backups of important data. While we perform routine server-level backups, we are not responsible for any data loss.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

For Fast Page and Fast Build packages, you retain full ownership of any content you provide. For Fast Launch packages, all content created by us on your behalf (including copywriting) is assigned to you upon full payment.

You own your website. If you choose to leave Fastpages, we will provide reasonable assistance to facilitate the migration of your site to another hosting provider.

9. Payment Terms

Billing: Payments are processed through our client portal using eWay for credit card billing. Website design packages are invoiced as outlined below. Hosting and care plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.

Website Design Payments:

• Fast Page: Full payment due prior to work commencing.
• Fast Build: 50% deposit due prior to work commencing, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and prior to launch.
• Fast Launch: 50% deposit due prior to work commencing, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and prior to launch.

Late Payments: Accounts with invoices unpaid for more than ten (10) days past the due date may be suspended until full payment is received.

10. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver quality results that meet your expectations. Our refund policy is as follows:

Website Design Packages:

• Fast Page: If you cancel before any design work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. Once design work has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
• Fast Build: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced. If you cancel after the project is completed, the full amount remains due.
• Fast Launch: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once content planning or design work has commenced. If you cancel after the project is completed, the full amount remains due.

Hosting Services: If you cancel your hosting plan within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of hosting fees paid. Cancellations after 30 days are not eligible for a refund of the current billing period, but no further charges will apply.

VIP Care Plan and Support Services: Fees for care plans and support services are non-refundable once the service has been provided for the relevant billing period.

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days.

11. Project Timelines

Most websites are completed and launched within one to two weeks, depending on the package selected and the timely provision of content and feedback from you. We will provide a clear timeline at the start of your project.

If a project stalls due to a lack of client-provided content or feedback for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to consider the project complete as delivered and invoice for any outstanding balance.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if:

• You breach any terms of this Agreement.
• Your use of our services is deemed unlawful or poses a security risk to our infrastructure or other clients.
• Payment is not received within ten (10) days of the due date.

You may terminate your hosting or ongoing services at any time by contacting our support team or cancelling through the client portal.

Upon termination of hosting, your website data will be retained for fourteen (14) days to allow for migration. After this period, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to ensure you have backups of any data prior to termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, FastPages.com.au and Faith Computing Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within New South Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided by FastPages.com.au.
